AT&T Galaxy S8 and S8+ Receiving Blueborne Fix and December Security Updates

The December Security Updates update for AT&T Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ has finally arrive.  Though it almost at the end of the year 2017., we've thought the carrier couldn't make it through another update this month.  Just like T-Mobile, Sprint, and Verizon did during the holidays,  it came out that the carrier actually have just rolled out an update for it own network Galaxy S8 and S8+.

Yet again, this update is nothing new and it's very similar thing of what T-Mobile, Sprint, and Verizon Galaxy S8 and S8 owners received few days ago. An update that will bump the device Android security patch level to December 1, 2017. But according to AT&T's announcement,  it also includes the BlueBorne Fix.

Both Galaxy S8 duo will receive an OTA update weighing at  130 MB in file size.  You may check the update manually, just go to your smartphone  Settings> About Device> Check for Software Updates if the notification message hasn't popped up yet.

Samsung launches Galaxy S8 and S8+

Samsung is targeting that both  Galaxy S8 and S8+ plus could sell as many as 53 million this year. The company also expects that the S8 could cover it losses following the Note 7 recall last year, and it could outsell its predecessor Galaxy S7, S7 edge, and S7 edge plus of which sold fewer than 50 million in 2016.
